Awareness and Training
We always find ways to promote the importance of wellness and wellbeing. Whether this is through insightful talks by external experts in this area, or when staff share their stories and experience with mental health at our monthly lightning talks. Our brilliant mental health champions also coordinate activities and events around Mental Health Awareness week, encouraging staff to look after their general wellness, which culminates in a fun annual auction to help raise donations for Mind.
Policies and Everyday Practices
Our commitment to wellbeing is reflected in our everyday policies and practices. We’re proud to offer flexible working hours to enable staff to maintain their work life balance, as well as offer the option of remote working. We also understand that everyone is human, and there are some days we may not always be able to show up to work, and need the time to recharge, which they can do through ‘personal days’
