The Ambassadors will provide guidance and assistance on the prevention and/or remedy of bullying and harassment. The key part of this role will be to signpost colleagues to existing services and policies that are in place.
Bullying and harassment of any kind is in no-one’s interest and will not be tolerated at C&I.
If you feel you are being bullied or harassed it can be difficult to know what to do about it, please get in touch to receive support and guidance.
