The Accenture African Caribbean Network (AACN) is an Inclusion & Diversity team within the firm which puts the accent and focus on ethnicity. 

The core of what we do at Accenture both internally and for clients depends on our people. Diversity in teams provides a foundation for innovation but only if we include all voices. The Accenture African and Caribbean Network provides a platform to support inclusion and authenticity regardless of ethnicity. Working to ensure that we recruit, retain, develop, and progress Black talent and help create an environment in which all our people have a voice and access to role models. The vision of the network is to create a home for all African and Caribbean employees within Accenture UKI, develop our talent to achieve their full potential and educate the wider business on the African and Caribbean experience.
