28th February, 2017 11.00-12.00 This session will be held as a Webinar Overview  Eating disorders are a range of conditions that can affect someone physically, psychologically and socially. They are serious mental illnesses and include anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. Over 725,000 men and women in the UK are affected by eating disorders.  Although serious, eating disorders are treatable conditions and full recovery is possible. The sooner someone gets the treatment they need, the more likely they are to make a full recovery. Anyone can develop an eating disorder, regardless of their age, sex or cultural background. Eating disorders claim more lives than any other mental illness – one in five of the most seriously affected will die prematurely from the physical consequences or suicide. This webinar helps you understand how to support an employee or an employee with a member of their family who has an eating disorder. Who Should Attend HR Business Partners/Consultants, Line Managers, Diversity and Inclusion Leads, Occupational Health Specialists, Health & Safety Specialists and Managers. The session is designed to add value to your Equality and Inclusion Strategy, therefore please forward to the appropriate people in your organisation. Cost Free Members / £149 Non Members There will be a £40 plus VAT admin charge for cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the event. BOOK HERE NOW
