UK employers are increasingly struggling to find quality candidates for their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) roles. Too few students are pursuing STEM subjects, and there is a huge gender divide, with women and girls actively avoiding STEM opportunities. enei's conference, 'STEM... a roadmap to success!' will provide practical advice to employers, showcasing both the educational and employment perspectives. • Provide delegates with practical tools and advice to take away
You will:
  • Learn from leading global and national organisations about the steps they have taken to increase the STEM talent pool
  • Find out how best to connect schools and businesses
  • Receive, on the day, the enei STEM Roadmap and Action Planning Tool
