Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion - Reasonable Adjustments Masterclass
Event details
For twenty years employers have known they have to make reasonable adjustments for disabled job applicants and employees. Despite the long history of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and now the Equality Act 2010 employers still struggle with when and how to make adjustments and with deciding on what is reasonable.
This Masterclass will help you put the law and theory into practice with practical advice not just on developing a reasonable adjustment policy but on ensuring a robust and effective process for identifying and implementing effective adjustments. This includes ensuring reasonable adjustments are embedded in all relevant HR policies and processes such sickness and attendance management, appraisal & review and performance management policies.
