About Radius Employee Network Summits
- how to reach out and identify non-UK Networks for collaboration
- what are the differences between UK Employee Networks and the rest of the world and how can different Networks work effectively?
- what is the business case and benefits for international collaboration and how to sell it to senior management
- how do you maintain your Network’s individuality when working with other networks on the international stage?
- what are the potential difficulties of collaboration globally and and how can networks navigate any cultural differences?
- We hope you can join us, our industry leading panel of experts, and a diverse range of employee network leads, as we explore this topic in more detail.
The Radius Employee Networks Summit is the largest cross-sector, cross industry forum for internal employee networks from all diversity strands in the UK. Our summits inspire, influence and activate Leaders and Sponsors of networks by providing a forum in which they can share best practice, learn from engaging with experts, debate forward-thinking agendas, address common challenges and build relationships with peers across all business sectors and industries.
As an organisation, we recognise that most employee network Leader and Sponsor roles are voluntary. Individuals manage their groups outside of work hours and roles often change annually. As a result it can be difficult to keep groups relevant, engaging, and with effective leadership to help them add tangible value to the business and their members. Our Employee Networks' Summits run twice a year and have been set up to address this issue and support Leaders and Sponsors to get the most from their time leading the groups they represent.
Our last employee networks workshop saw over 100 leaders from over 50 organisations in attendance, including Aviva, BAE Systems, Barclays, BT, Cabinet Office, Capgemini, CBI, Department of Health, Environment Agency, GSK, Home Office, HSBC, Konica Minolta, Liberal Democrats, Ministry of Defence, Nationwide, PwC, RBS, Shell, Societe Generale Bank, and Tesco.
