People Like Me is a revolutionary resource for teachers, STEM ambassadors, careers advisers and others working with young people to show girls that people just like them are happy and successful working in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM).
WISE is offering training for individuals interested in learning how to present the People Like Me resources. The training will guide individuals to be able to offer effective outreach to girls in terms of language and approach.
Mott MacDonald has offered to host this training at their offices in London. We will be running 2 sessions:
Morning session timings:
9.30am - 1.00pm (including lunch)
Afternoon session timings:
12.30pm - 4.00pm (including lunch)
Cost:
- £150 for WISE members
- £175 for non-members of WISE
