This cutting edge programme on managing sexual harassment in the workplace differs from standard approaches as it shifts the focus of the debate away from asking questions such as ‘why don’t women – and men – just speak up?’ For us, such questions keep the focus of responsibility on the victims of sexual harassment and do little to address the fundamental issues of power and abuse.
