Pride and Prejudice - Managing Belief and Sexual Orientation Inclusively Event details  Date 16 November 2016 Time 12:30:15:00 Location Pinsent Mason, 30 Crown Place, London To celebrate the United Nation's International Day of Tolerance on 16th November, enei is running a workshop which will provide guidance enabling employers to effectively manage both religion and sexual orientation at work, meet legal requirements and maintain an inclusive workplace. Programme Overview
  • Interactive presentation outlining legislative framework for Sexual Orientation and Religion of Belief in the workplace and highlighting potential pressure points
  • Analysis of case studies illustrating scenarios that  potentially demonstrate behaviour that is illegal/ intolerant/ non-inclusive in relation to Sexual Orientation and Religion or Belief
  • Group discussion on how formal and informal networks are comprised within the employers represented
  • With reference to the Day of Tolerance pledge, guidance which will enable attendees to prepare actions that they can take to better manage inclusion in this area
