ENEI: Introduction to Managing Disability in the Workplace

Event details Date 10 March 2016 Time 14:30 - 16:30 Location enei Offices, 32-36 Loman Street, London SE1 0EH This is the duty to make reasonable adjustments, which aims to make sure that, as far as is reasonable, a disabled person has the same access to everything that is involved in getting and doing a job as a non-disabled person.Equality law recognises that bringing about equality for disabled people may mean changing the way in which employment is structured, the removal of physical barriers and/or providing extra support for the disabled worker. This introductory session, led by Becky Brooks, will enable you to:-

  • Apply employment best practice for those with disabilities
