Want to stay on top of what’s hot for Learning and Development?
Building on the huge success of our launch event in January, we are holding our second ‘UnConference on Learning and Development’ on July 15, 2015.
At InclusIQ, we’ve seen that people learn best when they have an opportunity to share and discuss what they know - that’s why we’re organising
another 'UnConference'.
An
UnConference is an event where experts and practitioners share on equal footing. InclusIQ will share how we're innovating in the delivery of inclusive leadership training, but will also facilitate topics including:
- Gamification in learning and development
- Big Data for HR professionals
- Post training support for learning retention
- Metrics for behaviour change
Rather than attend an event where only experts speak, let’s create an event incorporating the expertise in everyone.
While diversity and inclusion are still the focus at the InclusIQ Institute, in 2015 we’re providing more resources for your organisation to train your own people to become internal experts. Creating in-house advocates will make the most sustainable change on the ground.
As part of this event we'll share
InclusIQ Insights with you - our innovative 'serious games’ which allow groups to explore unconscious bias and tough conversations in the workplace.
What sets this apart from other events is:
- There is no audience, everyone is a participant
- Participants help set the agenda
- Learning is focused on discussion
This event will be an environment where established HR professionals share best practice. During our January UnConference our group discussion was lead by professionals from
KPMG and Unilever.
We’ll also be featuring an ‘UnPanel’ where you may be asked to share your ideas and experiences, and you can ask questions of others.
In addition to sharing experiences with your peers in the Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion world, you’ll be able to ‘test-drive’ an InclusIQ Insights game to see how organisations use them to spark discussion.
Attendance is limited to just 45 people, so please apply for your registration to this truly innovative event here.
*Due to catering and equipment hire costs we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations less than one week prior to the event.
