From ex-forces to workforces

You’re invited to an event at Nutmeg HQ, where we’ll be learning more about supporting ex-forces people as they transition into civilian careers.

We’ll be hearing from former Royal Marine Tom Loxley, now Regional Commercial Director at One Way Or Another (OWOA). OWOA is a business management consultancy that exclusively employs and trains ex-forces people as consultants. Tom will be talking to us about his own path into a civilian career and explaining how OWOA works.

Nutmeg will be represented by Steve Morrison (Talent Manager) and Joshua Anderson (Front End Tech Lead) on how Nutmeg approach diversity and inclusion, a short explanation will be given on how they are trying to change unconscious bias.

We’ll also hear from Jamie Burley (Business Development Manager) who represents recruitment agency Premier Group, Jamie will focus on what the London market is telling us about diversity and inlcusion.
