As part of LGBT History Month 2018 VERCIDA will be hosting a member event that seeks to explore some of the key issues affecting LGBT employees in today's workplace, specifically:
- We have come so far...what's left to do to tackle LGBT equality at work?
- How prevalent is LGBT 'banter', and what is the impact of this on staff engagement and performance?
- What does an inclusive culture look like from an LGBT perspective?
As part of the event we will share a number of best practice case studies from a range of national and global organisations.
The session will be chaired by Dan Robertson from VERCIDA Consulting.
We have space for 60 guests so tickets will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
