With stressful everyday lives and increasing pressures in work, the wellbeing of employees has to be a priority for an organisation to be successful. This Masterclass will give you the tools to be able to deal with mental health confidently, and support colleagues and managers in your organisation in understanding how mental health can affect people; and ways to support those people in a way that is best for both the employee and the organisation as a whole. Your host and trainer(s) The session will be led by Becky Brooks, enei’s disability specialist, and Bela Gor, a lawyer with over twenty years experience of working in disability. Bela’s experience of writing guidance and providing training and consultancy to business on mental health, ranging from managing serious situations at work to ensuring the wellbeing of staff means you will get practical advice and come away from the Masterclass with the confidence to deal with the rising issue of mental health at work.
