Significant change is under way in workforce and stakeholder attitudes to equality and diversity, behaviour thresholds and organisational activity affecting gender, race, equality and ethnicity. GED provides the largest video and podcast platform for updating research and managerial knowledge in the field.
Understanding, measuring, analysing and responding with solutions to that change will continue at pace in 2018.
