We operate across three dedicated business units: St. Modwen Homes, St. Modwen Logistics, and Strategic Land & Regeneration, all of which are active across England and South Wales and aligned to structural growth trends.

We are an expert developer with over 30 years of property expertise. Our purpose of ‘Changing Places. Creating Better Futures.’ underpins everything we do, as we breathe life into places by creating homes, jobs, shared spaces and community infrastructure.
