We have sixty-five Employee Resource Group chapters in thirteen locations worldwide, which harness the diverse creativity of their members to develop employees personally and professionally, connect the groups' respective constituencies to the business, and drive results. The focus of the Diversity Councils is to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. The Councils are comprised of employees from all divisions and levels of the organization, which supports the efforts of the company to develop an inclusive, respectful, and effective cross-cultural workplace.
