Liverty

Liverty

We are a leading developer of affordable and social housing in the south west. From the shores of Cornwall to the Gloucestershire hills, we have a vision to build real social change in our region, one front door at a time.

As DCH & Knightstone, we’ve been neighbours for years, and now we live and work together as Liverty.

At our heart, we are a people business. We provide services to over 70,000 people in 35,000 homes, and plan to develop 15,000 new homes over the next 10 years. We support, listen and learn from our customers, offering them choice, flexibility and value for money.  We invest not just in housing, but supporting individuals and communities.  Working with and empowering local communities, neighbourhoods are stronger.

We employ around 1,350 talented people working to deliver our valuable services.  Whether they’re working in our Exeter, Pool or Worle offices or out and about across 20 local authorities, each and every one of them is the key to our success.

Our brand values:

  • Home is where the start is;
  • Corporate minded social conscience
  • Listening, hearing, responding
  • Challenge convention

We need people who are passionate about what they do; people who can make a difference to people’s lives, and who believe in a home for everyone.
