The commitment to creating an inclusive culture throughout HS2 Ltd and its supply chain has been undaunted by the additional challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and this has been rewarded by the organisation becoming the first ever in the UK to achieve Clear Assured Platinum status for EDI.

gaps, not just on the basis of gender but also race and disability.
We recognise the importance of drawing senior-level hires from the widest possible pool of applicants. In January, we set new equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) reporting requirements for all our search agencies.
This data will inform our strategy for attracting more diverse candidates for all of our roles, including female candidates for senior roles.
We have also developed new recruitment materials with our supply chain partner, TMP, which are reflective of the HS2 ambition to be an inclusive employer.
