The company must employ 21 or more students on an undergraduate placement, internship, vacation scheme or insight and have a minimum of 15 reviews across the last three years, with at least 1 of the reviews being from this year's cohort. These reviews alongside other vital statistics are placed into an algorithm and curates the Top 100 Undergraduate Employers table.
