Through the certification process, we capture valuable employee feedback using our research-driven Trust Index© survey and details about the programmes and practises that make your workplace unique.
Our 4 Step Best Workplaces™ Process:
1. Survey Employees
Select a 2-week period to launch our Trust Index© employee survey.
2. Culture Audit©
Provide details about your company’s culture, programmes and practices.
3. Get Certified
If your Trust Index© results are 65 % or higher, you'll be Great Place to Work-Certified™.
4. Earn Recognition
Our Best Workplaces™ lists are then selected from the pool of Certified™ organisations with 20+ employees.
