I work with lots of different teams to make sure that we are ready to build the new Curzon Street station in Birmingham. It is a huge project so we need to make sure the land is ready for building work. I moved to Birmingham in 2011, where I now live with my family. My family are from the Midlands so it felt like I was moving home.
I joined the army as an engineer, where I was a soldier for sixteen years. In that time I travelled all around the world, building things and blowing them up. I also have a special driving license which means I can drive tanks.
