This is Me is a storytelling campaign at the Cabinet Office which aims to challenge the stigma around mental health at work, and also break the culture of silence by supporting people to talk about their experiences of overcoming poor mental health.
Below are two links to videos which give a personal story from Cabinet Office employees of overcoming poor mental health. The campaign was created to encourage understanding of mental health issues and develop an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking out about their own experiences. On Mental Health Awareness Week, Cabinet Office launched their This is Me videos, where staff across the department shared their stories.
