This month we are celebrating the 4th birthday of DiversityJobs.co.uk. We’ve come a long way since conception in 2011 and want to say a big thank you to all of our supporters. Without forward thinking individuals from employers spanning a multitude of industry sectors we’d not have achieved our growth to date. But that’s not all, last January we launched the big I.D.E.A for employers to showcase their diversity efforts and voice to market their strategies to encourage diversity into their organisation, we’ve been blown away by the success of the big I.D.E.A and are working hard to make it the best it can be and have some exciting news for 2015 that we’ll share with you soon.
