Now in its eighth year, the programme recognises 12 women in retail in all stages of their careers who may be high-performers, inspiring success in others or leading a team like no other. While 60% of the retail sector are female, few get to the boardroom. This programme is changing the face of retail by exposing girls and women to the wealth of career possibilities that the retail industry has to offer. Previous Ambassadors have hailed from the shop floor all the way through to the boardroom.
The event will be attended by 300 senior leaders in retail and will be held on Thursday 17 September at Claridges, London.
