Santander’s returnships programme is all about recognising the valuable skills and abilities you've developed in your working life so far. If you're a senior professional and you're looking for the flexibility to return from a career break of more than two years, this programme is for you.
It's a 20-week programme, during which you'll have all the help you need to ease back into your career. That will include technical training along with coaching to develop your soft skills, such as leadership, communication and decision making.
We're currently recruiting senior roles into Programme Management & Financial Crime.
Support is crucial
What's more, you'll have a dedicated mentor on hand, ready to guide you and answer any questions you might have as you continue on your career journey. If you've been on a career break for two years or more and are now ready to put the skills you've developed to good use, we'll support you in making this happen.
