My role within PA Housing is to work with our Managers, the Recruitment and HR team to ensure that we are attracting and recruiting talents with great potential into our roles. It’s important to me that all candidates are given a fair, level playing field and that we at PA, we continue to build a diverse work force which is representative of our customers and inclusive for our colleagues.
