About

Opportunities 4 Women offers a high-quality career development training that will provide the space, structure and provocation to evolve meaningful action plans. The aim is that attendees take lessons learned back to the workplace to form a tangible, proactive and positive impact on the careers of talented women.

Programme

The programme gives the tools needed for your organisation to maintain a flow of talent. Opportunities 4 Women aims to ensure a long-term pipeline of successful female staff. In addition, the programme has the backing of the Home Office.

The UK's leading, sustainable career development programme for mid to senior level women is available to BNP Paribas' female employees. Membership will give the opportunity for delegates to 'pick n mix' their day, which includes career development masterclasses, career goal setting, inspirational speakers and networking. There are also free quarterly follow-up workshops, 'Ask the Expert' sessions and networking opportunities for members and access to career development tools, tip videos, worksheets and online networking for one year.
