What do you like most about working for Nuffield Health? ( I know it has not been long)
So far, everybody has been so welcoming and so professional. I love my working environment and the staff. I feel safe working in my assigned hospital.
What message would you give to other Philippine nurses looking to join Nuffield Health?
I am very happy and grateful to have become a part of Nuffield Health. Moving away from the Philippines hasn't been easy but my employer and colleagues have been very warm and obliging to us new nurses. they made us feel very welcomed, comfortable and helped us adjust to our new roles and our new home.
To my fellow Filipino nurses, my journey and how I have been received here has been a good experience. Nuffield Health is always ensuring the safety of their employees and I feel confident going to work. considering the uncertainties we are facing now with the pandemic, a good employer and a safe working environment is important, both of which I found with Nuffield Health.
