WOW what a BRILLIANT start to #NIW2020. On Tuesday, colleagues at Siemens ran a fantastic Lean In Circle with attendees across their organisation on a topic many of us can relate to.
We all at some point in our professional lives have found, or continue to find, it difficult to speak up in certain situations.
