Parental leave is a hot topic. The vast majority of UK dads take just two weeks away from work when a new child comes along; do they feel that’s enough? Journalist Matt Rudd explores this emotive subject in the Sunday Times Magazine.

What’s stopping more men taking shared parental leave?

Would it level the playing field for everyone if men took longer paternity leave?

At Aviva we offer equal parental leave to all of our mums and dads with the arrival of a new child. In the UK this means up to 12 months, including six months at full pay.
