Network Rail works with partners to inspire young people into engineering
As part of the Year of Engineering, Network Rail have been involved in a wide range of activities to encourage young people into the industry.
They partnered with the National Collaborative Outreach Programme and Mott MacDonald to deliver the Fast Trackers event. Fast Trackers occurred over three days and targeted 16-19 year olds from lower higher-education participation backgrounds in the North-West, through exciting activities and inspirational talks from people from across the industry.
