It’s Everyone week at Network Rail which was implemented to promote and celebrate Diversity and Inclusion.

Their theme this year is access and inclusion which leads into their Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

Network Rail are celebrating Everyone week with a range of activities across the whole business from Swindon, all the way to Glasgow. To name just a few of the activities held today, they ran mental health & well-being workshops, promoted flexible working, facilitated access and inclusion training, ran reasonable adjustments lunch and learn, had fulfilling themed lunches from different countries, a lunch and learn on read & write gold as well as talks on Neurodiversity.
