National Inclusion Week 2019
We’re only two days into National Inclusion Week and I’m blown away by the impact it’s having in Siemens. Senior leaders are sharing stories about privilege and allyship, generous colleagues have shared personal blogs about what it feels like to work here, D&I champions have used their passion to inspire others to take action. This year, as well as local inclusion events and lean-in circles being held at sites across the company, we are hosting a series of online webinars, all of which are attracting new people to the conversation. For us here at Siemens, the power is in the hands of our employees to become champions and allies. As “community manager” it is incredibly humbling to see the number of new people getting involved.
