Jo Davis has been named the new Resources Director for Mitie. She will be taking up her new role this coming January 2018 and will be based in London.
Davis was HR Director at Itsu, the healthy eating retail chain. The HR team she led at Itsu were awarded ‘HR Team of the Year’ at the 2017 CIPD People Management Awards. Davis also played a focal role in stationing the company as ‘one to watch’ in the Sunday Times Best Companies Survey.
Foregoing to Itsu, Davis held senior roles at Sainsbury’s which included HR Director of Netto, its discount retailer and Head of People and Operations for Asia, based in Shanghai. Prior to working with Sainsbury’s she worked in Financial Services at Santander and Kleinwort Benson.
