The Mid-Life MOT
Sheridan Clitheroe, is a Senior Governance Manager at Aviva. She’s also a Mum of 3 who loves to travel. Sheridan also enjoys dancing and is currently taking lessons at work through our Wellbeing@Aviva initiative. Sheridan recently took part in our Sheffield Mid-Life MOT, here’s what she thought about the session: “The Mid-Life MOT offers an opportunity to take a step back from day-to-day life and look at the bigger picture when it comes to my work, wealth and wellbeing. Too often the information about how best to manage these aspects of my life can be overwhelming and conflicting. Participating in the Mid-Life MOT has helped to cut through this noise and enabled me to identify the practical steps I need to take in the years ahead.” Thank you for the feedback Sheridan!
