Highway England’s top Ten Suppliers Mental Health Workshop
Last week our global inclusion and wellbeing director, Laura Todd, was a guest speaker at Highway England’s top ten suppliers mental health workshop. The workshop focused on sharing expertise on what businesses are doing to improve employee wellbeing and exchanged ideas on how to support to employees and their mental health. Laura said: ‘‘It was a privilege to have been invited to share our approach towards wellbeing. We are evolving our approach to wellbeing as a business and our leadership team has been fully committed to supporting and championing this agenda. I am very proud to have a role in this crucial cultural shift, breaking down the stigma around mental health in the workplace."
