Mental Health Matters - Wednesday 30 October

Join Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust to explore how mental health services need to adapt so that people from BME communities feel that they work for them. At this C&I Mental Health Matters event we’ll be discussing what practical measures can be taken at a local level to make services more inclusive and better for everyone.

Social commentator and campaigner Patrick Vernon OBE will share his experience including as former Non Executive of Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust and also former Director of Black Thrive. He will also share his experience as a Winston Churchill Fellow travelling to the US and Caribbean looking at mental health and heritage.

Doors open at 5.30pm; 6pm start, finishing at 7.30pm, Wednesday 30 October St Pancras Conference Centre, 4 St Pancras Way, London NW1 0PE.
