Wellbeing is extremely important to us at LiveWest, especially during these unprecedented times and during November we’re supporting the men’s health campaign Movember. This annual event to raises awareness of men’s health issues, such as suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
So many of our male colleagues have taken up the challenge this month to go a moustache and raise much-needed funds for men’s health, including our Chief Executive, Paul Crawford.
Malcolm Salmon, LiveWest Lettings Adviser said: ‘’I am supporting Movember because I think that men’s health is something which most men, including myself, don’t like talking about, especially when it comes to mental health. The social norm portrays men to be strong and courageous, and I think during the current situation in the world, there is even more of a reason to support this campaign.’’
