LiveWest celebrates colleagues and customers with hidden disabilities

This month we are championing the voices of those with hidden disabilities, and reminding others that although you may not see invisible conditions, they are still there.

This month we are celebrating our colleagues and customers with hidden disabilities.
 
Hidden disabilities aren't always obvious or immediately apparent. As a result, the barriers that people with hidden disabilities face are sometimes overlooked. This can make it difficult for people with hidden disabilities to access the support that they need.
 
Raising awareness of hidden disabilities and championing the voices of disabled people are a vital part of ensuring greater inclusion and support.
 
We will be listening to the stories of our colleagues and customers with hidden disabilities, in order to reflect on and improve the support that we offer.
 
As part of this month, we have temporarily changed our logo on social media, to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and remind people that although you may not see invisible conditions, they are still there.
