What does equality mean to you?
Angela speaks about Lendlease’s aim to create the best places, both externally and within the workplace; allowing people to work regardless of age, race, gender, disability, sexuality etc.… means that Lendlease is not only the place that people want to be, but what they also aspire to be.
Is Lendlease a level playing field?
Angela believes that Lendlease is heading in the right direction and that levelling the playing field is very much about opening up the conversation and taking proactive action. She believes that Lendlease has the opportunity to take the lead in terms of doing things differently and moving forward within the industry in regards to how they position themselves when both attracting and retaining the best people.
Angela believes that Lendlease has the ability to change the face of what the industry looks like.
