Kiren Bhardwa: Rising Star in Professional Services
Kiren Bhardwa has won a prestigious Rising Star Award in WeAreTheCity’s 2020 awards. The annual awards showcase the UK’s pipeline of female talent below management, shining a light on the leaders of tomorrow across industries. Congratulations Kiren!
WeAreTheCity define a ‘Rising Star’ as:
• Someone who is or who has the potential to be a role model in their business or sector
• Someone who strives to achieve success and results
• Someone who gives back or inspires others
• Someone who is recognised by others as having the potential to become a future leader in their industry.
This year’s awards were entered by over 1,000 individuals and judged by a panel of 45 independent judges. Over 35,000 public votes were received for the 200 shortlisted nominees, with a final 100 achieving the accolade of ‘Rising Star in Professional Services’.
About Kiren
Kiren is a Management Consultant with a background in International Business, specialising in transformation and business change. She has worked with a range of clients within the Financial, Public, Energy and Defense sectors.
In addition to her role as a Management Consultant in BTS, Kiren is the Chair of our Race and Ethnicity Network. She has partnered with Central HR and Centres of Excellence to develop, review and implement strategic communications, events and inclusive practices into learning & development.
