Today is International Women in Engineering Day 2021, and this year we are celebrating the amazing work that women engineers are doing within Siemens Mobility. We are profiling the best, brightest and bravest women in engineering, who recognise a problem, then dare to be part of the solution; who undertake everyday ‘heroics’ as much as emergency ones. At Siemens, we are working together to make our workplace diverse and inclusive, where everyone has equal opportunity and their contribution is valued. True ingenuity happens when individuals, with a broad range of opinions, perspectives and ideas are brought together.
