Many of our people are juggling their job with caring responsibilities and home schooling so, like the first lockdown, we will continue to pay everyone in full regardless of the hours they are able to work. People can also use our 35 hours of paid leave per year to support those they care for.

We offer a range of support for everyone working from home, including mental and wellness support and free use of wellbeing apps, Headspace Inc. and Thrive: Mental Wellbeing. Colleagues have access to a Covid helpline and domestic abuse support in partnership with charity SafeLives, and our managers are equipped with a guide on leading through the pandemic.

We want to say thank you to all our brilliant people for everything they are doing for our customers every day.
