Habib's Internship Journey at Grosvenor

Today, we are pleased to spotlight Mohammad Habib Soofi.
Habib has been working with our Vancouver Co-Investment team for the past few weeks and provided us with some insight into his internship journey.
Habib grew up in Dubai and moved to Vancouver to attend The University of British Columbia. He is currently in his fourth year undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate. His accomplishments include being the President of UBC’s Vancouver Housing Market Club and winning the 2022 ICSC Retail Real Estate Case Competition along with his teammates.
In his spare time, Habib enjoys travelling and boxing. He is also bilingual in English and Urdu!
On his internship experience, Habib says, "Grosvenor's rich history and international presence has enabled me to develop a global mindset when learning about real estate investment and development. I've been able to gain exposure and knowledge from various teams across the business and really enjoy the team-oriented culture."
