Today there is a greater appreciation of women as leaders due to the different skills and perspectives they bring including empathy and open communication.
AND WHAT ABOUT TUI?
Women are well represented across many diverse areas of the business and in my 30 years in the organisation, I see opportunities increasing continuously, the gender issue feels less relevant today, which is brilliant to observe!
