What’s it like to be a new graduate and apprentice at Aviva?

Last week our new graduates and apprentices had their Early Careers Welcome event and a chance to find out what it’s like to work at Aviva.
Here they were able to get together virtually to learn about the key aspects of Aviva – giving them a real insight into the business and the opportunity to question senior leaders, including Group CEO Amanda Blanc. They also got to hear from current graduates and apprentices, as well as meet others who are on the same journey.
This year we’ve taken on 115 graduates and apprentices across 5 different programmes:

- Aviva Investors
- Graduate Leadership Programme
- Commercial Lines
