The Back to Work Programme has been developed to help get women ready to return and its sponsored by some of the UK’s leading businesses.

Every business we speak to these days with a technology department, and certainly every technology business, is desperate to get more women working for them. We know that the prospect of returning to work in a technology business can seem daunting but there are businesses out there that want to help you make the decision to return – they desperately need your talent, skills and experience.

The Back to Work Programme has been developed to help get you ready to return and its sponsored by some of the UK’s leading businesses. We can offer 20 women a free place on the first Back to Work Programme which we will be running in the coming weeks – if you would like to be considered for a place please contact Diversity Jobs.

Our Back to Work Programme will give you access to:

• Personal development experts who will support you to break down any perceived barriers and limiting beliefs you may have, and help you build your personal brand, networks, and professional presence.

• Role models who will share what leadership means in the tech industry

•  Women who have already returned to the workplace who will share their experiences. Senior leaders and influencers who will give their views on what women bring to executive teams.

• Recruiters who will share case studies of successful applicants, how to get to market and how to promote yourself.

You will leave the course having:

• Developed skills and confidence so you feel more ready to enter the workplace.

• Built skills and networks to support you through the challenging first few months of a new role.
