Encouragement

People, right through their life face different situations and have to adjust to them. There are others who stand on the side-lines and can be critical, not knowing the full reasons of peoples' decisions.

This goes for employment, "There are jobs to be got, so why aren't you working?" comes one response.

On the outside those individuals look normal and capable of doing a job, but maybe they face challenges and need help and encouragement.

It is so easy to judge people to what they may see as lack of commitment, there can be reasons that are not visible in that particular person.

How can people overcome this? No, I don't have all the answers if any, it takes a person of strong character to overcome adversities and feel like they fit into society and not feel different.

Deep down we all want that, but we just don't have the mental strength and confidence. To feel positive enough to attain their ideal job. I have said in an earlier article how in my childhood i wasn’t encouraged to achieve, but later on I was able to prove to myself that I was able to do exams.

I had little confidence as I was growing up in sitting exams and therefore the result was I failed them. With the right encouragement and help it is possible to do that.

We all have something to give, words of encouragement, active help and more importantly appreciation of that person.

It can be hard finding our place in society, especially those who feel that they are being discriminated against because of their age, or other circumstances. There is a need for each person to feel confident in society and to be treated the same as everyone else. We all need the same chances.

There is no one in this world who is the same, so we learn through other people and their experience and their encouragement.
